Simon Arraj (B.Sc, M.Com), Director

Simon started Checkpoint Finance Group in 2002, having spent several years working in Financial Markets Risk Management for the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, assessing and monitoring the credit risk profile of some of the world's largest financial institutions, insurance companies, superannuation funds and corporations. Prior to this, he worked in the Mortgage industry as a Credit Analyst. Simon holds degrees in Science (Mathematics) and Commerce, and he is also a member of the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA).

Danny Arraj (BA, LLB), Senior Counsel

Danny is recognised for his legal expertise in the core areas of Environment & Planning, Corporate & Commercial Law, and Construction & Property Law.

As an experienced solicitor, his sound legal advice has assisted our clients to navigate through key environmental issues, such as pollution licensing and land contamination, to obtain planning approvals as well as to provide advice regarding building contracts and tri-partite agreements.

He provides client-focused and up-to-date legal advice, recognising the value that the right legal advice can add to our clients' projects.

Daniel Paci (JP), Consultant

Daniel, an Accredited Mortgage Consultant with the MFAA, brings with him over 14 years' experience in acquisition, construction, finance and real estate sales. During this time he has developed many key industry relationships. A specialist residential finance broker, Daniel is known for his commitment to providing the best financial solutions for his clients, from first homebuyers to sophisticated property investors.
